It is the most effective and quickest way I know to go from stressed to relaxed. It takes 30 minutes, is enjoyable and is the best investment of time I know.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Regular physical activity has always improved my life. Luckily I grew up with two supporting parents, encouraging me to participate in various sports I enjoyed. From AFL to athletics, basketball, hockey or just swimming at the local beach or skateboarding/rollerskating around home. As an adult I enjoy mountain bike riding, surfing, jogging and bushwalking and I know it keeps my mind and body functioning in top gear. I&#8217;m grateful to my parents for this gift and hope to pass it on to my two year old son.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Walking helped me lose about 15 kilograms and made me feel healthier and happier. I am fortunate to live near a beaut reserve with walks alongside the Don River near Devonport. I can walk to the beach in 25 minutes or a 1 hour return trip. I also walk as often as I can into the CBD to shop, have a coffee and pay bills etc. Walking keeps me flexible and sane &#8211; without it I begin to feel grumpy and stiff!</p>
